What You’ll Do:
- Support and guide children throughpotty trainingwith consistency and care
- Fostersocial-emotional developmentthrough positive interactions and modeling
- Build strong, trustingrelationships with children and families
- Maintain open, professionalcommunication with parentsabout daily progress
- Create a structured, engaging classroom environment
- Follow allstate licensing regulationsand health & safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with your team to support each child’s growth

- A patient, reliable, and positive attitude
- Experience working with toddlers (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay consistent with routines and expectations
