UiPath Automation Developer - India (remote)

We’re looking for a seasoned UiPath Automation Developer who has built, deployed, and supported real automation solutions in live environments. If you enjoy coding, solvingbusiness problems, guiding junior developers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities - This job is perfect for you if you want to:  

Automation Development (Hands-On)

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automation solutions for production environments

• Work with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots in real-world use cases

• Handle exception management, logging, retries, and performance optimization

• Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, Excel, SAP, web applications, and legacy systems

• Follow and enforce REFramework, coding standards, and best practices
• Support automations post-deployment and troubleshoot production issues

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and ITteams

• Translate and communicate business requirements into scalable automationsolutions

• Provide realistic effort estimates and technical guidance during projectplanning
  

Technical Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing

• Review code, provide feedback, and guide junior developers toward better design and performance
  
• Help define automation standards, reusable components, UiPath features, frameworks, enterprise automation conceptsand best practice
• Mentor junior developers and support onboarding of new developers throughpair programming, design reviews, and architecturediscussions
  

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 3+ years of overall experiencewith 2+ years of hands-on UiPath development

• Proven experience deliveringproduction-grade automationsin liveprojects

• Strong understanding of:

• UiPathREFramework

• Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, logs)

• Exception handling and debugging

• Solid knowledge of.NET / VB.NET / C# concepts

• Experience mentoring developers or leading knowledge sharing

• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different skilllevels

Nice-to-Have

• UiPath Advanced / Solution Architect certification

• Experience withenterprise RPAenvironments
• Exposure toAICenter, Document Understanding, or attended/unattendedbots
