Hiring call closures and Snr. Technical Support Executive for Night shift

Process: Inbound Technical Support

Designation: Snr. Technical Sales Executive or Desktop Support Executive.

Salary: Best in Industry and fixed.

Shift : US shift

Time: 9:00om to 7:00am

Location : Saltlake (KOLKATA)

*Rotational offwith6 Daysworking.

*Complete Inbound Process.

Criteria:

1.Should know how to close calls in tech support

2. Should have experience minimum 1year in technical Support Sales and in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computers and laptops in International BPO.

3.Must have good communication and convincing skills

4.Flexible for night shift
