About this role
We are seeking a skilled Urologist to provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with urologic conditions. The Urologist will deliver both surgical and non-surgical care for disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of urologic conditions, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and urologic cancers.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical interventions, medication management, and minimally invasive procedures.
- Perform urologic surgeries, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open procedures, as appropriate.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education and follow-up management.
- Collaborate with primary care providers, oncologists, nephrologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.
- Document patient encounters accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuing medical education.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited residency in Urology.
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
- Active medical license to practice in the state of employment.
- Strong surgical and clinical skills, clinical judgment, and communication abilities.
