US Recruiter

We are hiring a dynamic US Recruiter who has experience in handling both ** IT and Non-IT requirements** for the US market. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, and a proactive approach to sourcing and closing candidates across diverse roles.

Requirements

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing to placement)
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals
• Screen candidates through calls and assess technical as well as communication skills
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients based in the US
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups with candidates
• Negotiate pay rates and ensure candidate commitment

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must-have)
• Strong understanding of US hiring practices and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Experience working with direct clients / MSP / VMS models
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice
• Ability to work in night shift (US hours)
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
