US Recruiter (ORM)

The GTM Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our growing teams in the US market.This position requires a strategic mindset and a passion for connecting with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates'qualifications.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration,or related field.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a recruiter,preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience hiring GTM in Technology from a US based company.Sales and Marketing hiring in Software,Hardware and Security technology companies.
• Willing to work US hours M-F
