We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused User Growth / Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients. This role is responsible for building strong long-term relationships, driving user growth, and maximizing portfolio value through strategic engagement and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
- Develop personalized engagement and growth strategies tailored to each client’s financial goals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client lifetime value.
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively provide insights or recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, compliance) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- 2 - 8 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, private banking, or account management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience managing HNWI or premium client portfolios is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial products (investments, trading, wealth products, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret portfolio and growth data.
- Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
