UX Architect
At Eon, we're transforming how enterprises access, protect, and leverage their backup data—turning it from a passive insurance policy into an active business asset. As we continue to scale our platform, we're looking for a UX Architect to define the user experience vision and build the foundation for how our products evolve.
This is a strategic, hands-on role where you'll work closely with founders, engineering, customers to shape product experiences from concept to execution. You'll play a key role in understanding user needs, defining workflows, and ensuring every product decision is driven by an exceptional user experience.
What you'll do
- Define the end-to-end user experience across Eon's platform and establish a long-term UX vision.
- Translate complex cloud, data, AI, and infrastructure workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Lead user discovery by working directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
- Partner closely with engineering and leadership to define product direction and user experience.
- Own information architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, and UX best practices across the platform
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate ideas and continuously improve the user experience.
- Establish scalable UX principles, design patterns, and interaction standards as the platform grows.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in UX Architecture, Product Design, UX Research, or a similar role designing complex B2B SaaS products.
- Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and systems thinking.
- Experience designing data-intensive products, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, analytics, or developer platforms.
- A passion for simplifying highly technical workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and drive customer-centric decisions.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and translating insights into impactful product improvements.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern UX design tools.
