Accountabilities:
- Design and implement scalable data frameworks supporting hospital-focused value-based care quality measures for enterprise-wide use.
- Develop processes that integrate and standardize disparate data sources into a unified analytics and reporting structure for program operations.
- Define, monitor, and maintain program logic, operational rules, and measurement methodologies supporting value-based initiatives.
- Lead the development of quality and performance measure design, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and manage measure governance and lifecycle processes, including updates, validation, and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure program and payment integrity through robust data controls, validation frameworks, and analytics oversight.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights, meet deadlines, and support strategic decision-making.
- 8+ years of experience in database management, with strong expertise in SQL or SAS for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- 8+ years of healthcare or managed care experience, including deep exposure to healthcare data ecosystems.
- 8+ years of data analysis and data extraction experience supporting large-scale operational or clinical datasets.
- 3+ years of experience in value-based care, CMS programs, or managed care hospital payment models.
- Strong knowledge of standardized quality metrics from organizations such as AHRQ, NCQA, or NQF.
- Experience working with enterprise tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power Platform.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Competitive annual salary range of approximately $104,000–$143,000 depending on experience and location
