About the role

Join our Adelaide Hub as a Casual Vehicle Logistics & Customer Support Coordinator, where no two days are the same. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that combines vehicle operations, administration, and front-of-house responsibilities to keep our hub running smoothly.
This is a short-term casual opportunity (less than one month) operating on a Monday to Friday schedule, ideal for candidates seeking immediate, short-term work.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining vehicle presentation, fuel/charge levels, and readiness for use
  • Managing vehicle movements, servicing, repairs, and onsite parking operations
  • Completing vehicle inspections, photos, and associated documentation
  • Receiving, preparing, and de-fleeting vehicles, including telematics installation
  • Coordinating vehicle pickups and handovers with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Providing a professional front-of-house experience, welcoming customers and visitors
  • Managing reception enquiries, phone calls, bookings, and customer communications
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensuring the depot, reception area, and vehicle storage areas remain organised, safe, and presentable
  • Supporting the wider Hub team with operational and customer service activities as required
  • What you'll bring

  • Full unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence (must have)
  • Ability to work onsite from our Adelaide Hub
  • Previous customer service, reception, or administrative experience (desirable)
  • Mechanical aptitude or a general understanding of motor vehicles (desirable)
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to compliance
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A customer-first mindset and willingness to go above and beyond
