Lytegen is a high-growth solar leader headquartered in Sacramento, CA. In the US market, video is our most powerful tool for building trust and explaining the ROI of clean energy. We are looking for a Video Specialist who is not just an "editor," but a "creator" who uses cutting-edge AI tools to dominate the solar niche.

The Role

You will own the end-to-end video production process. This is a high-autonomy role where you will be expected to take a rough concept and turn it into a polished, high-converting video asset for the US market. You must be an expert in traditional editing (Premiere/After Effects) while being a "power user" of AI tools to enhance productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

●Pre-Production: Use AI tools (like ChatGPT/Claude) for script outlining and "hook" ideation. Independently storyboard concepts based on US homeowner pain points.

●Post-Production: Execute professional-grade editing, motion graphics, and sound design.

●AI Integration: Proactively use AI for voiceovers (ElevenLabs), b-roll generation/extension (Midjourney/Runway), and AI-driven captions (CapCut/Submagic).

●Ad Optimization: Create multiple "variations" of video hooks to A/B test performance for US Facebook and YouTube ads.

●Quality Ownership: Ensure all content meets the "Lytegen Standard" clean, premium, and authoritative for a US audience.

Requirements

●Experience: 5+ years in video production with a portfolio focused on ** Direct Response (DR)** or ** Lead Gen** for the US market.

●Tech Stack: Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

●AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI video/audio tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Descript, HeyGen, or Runway).

●Independence: Proven ability to move a project from "Script to Screen" without a manager holding your hand through every cut.
