As a Manufacturing/Methods Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Define Manufacturing and Assembly Methods; Analyze product designs and specifications to select appropriate processes, equipment, and tooling. Develop manufacturing routings, work instructions, and technical documentation (e.g., bills of materials, assembly guidelines)
  • Industrialize New or Modified Product:Support prototype and pre-series phases, ensuring a seamless transition from engineering to full-scale production. Validate processes to meet quality, cost, and timeline target
  • Optimize Existing Process:Identify inefficiencies (waste, time losses, material issues) and apply Lean/Kaizen/5S methodologies. Contribute to cost-reduction and lead-time optimization initiativ​​​​​​
  • Provide Technical Support to Production: Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, participate in non-conformance analyses, and implement corrective actions. Train operators and production teams on new methods, tools, or equipment. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with quality, design, logistics, and production teams to deploy new machinery, tools, or process improvements. Ensure alignment between technical requirements and operational execution.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • First experience in manufacturing methods/industrialization engineering; experience in process engineering is a plus.
  • Fluency in French (mandatory) and English (B2 level or higher). 
  • Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and hands-on problem-solving in production enviroments.
