Constance Halaveli, a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Villa Host to join our exceptional team. As a Villa Host, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

  • Provide personalized and attentive service to guests throughout their stay
  • Conduct warm welcome greetings and resort orientations for arriving guests
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, addressing requests and concerns promptly
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Arrange and book dining reservations, spa treatments, and excursions
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for future visits
  • Conduct regular villa inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for resort facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or resort setting, preferably in the Maldives or similar tropical destinations
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
