About the Role
We are currently looking for a motivated VIP Account Manager to join our Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Driving profitability for our online casino and sports platforms by fostering long-term relationships with VIP players.
- Managing a portfolio of VIP accounts to boost loyalty and maximize their value.
- Monitoring player activity and betting behavior to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless support through a shift-based, rotating schedule.
- Providing frontline support for VIP players.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement exclusive promotions.
- Liaising with Risk, Payments, and Legal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the i-gaming industry.
- Demonstrated experience in driving commercial value through campaign strategies and bonus awards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; familiarity with German language will be considered a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Able to display a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
