About the Role
This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of music rights, data, and financial operations, working closely with regional offices, data teams, and senior leadership.
Your mission will be to lead a high-performing Global Tracking Team focused on identifying and closing revenue gaps, improving visibility into global income flows, and driving measurable financial impact through structured tracking, analysis, and follow-up across all territories.
The role focuses on income tracking, and issue resolution. Upstream registration, documentation, and data creation processes remain owned by dedicated specialist teams.
Leadership & Direction
- Lead and further develop a global tracking team of 2-3 Analysts
- Set priorities, operating rhythm, and performance standards
- Promote a results-driven and analytical approach across regions
Revenue Tracking & Insight
- Strengthen frameworks to monitor completeness and timing of income
- Identify discrepancies, delays, or gaps in revenue streams
- Translate data into actionable business insights
Issue Resolution & Recovery
- Work with regional teams to address and resolve income-related issues
- Support revenue recovery initiatives and audit processes
- Ensure structured follow-up and accountability
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Creative teams
- Support internal stakeholders with revenue-related insights
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and impact
Tools & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track relevant KPIs
- Support development of dashboards and reporting tools
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and automation
Required Experience
- A minimum of 5 years´ relevant experience in music publishing, royalties, or data-driven financial operations
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with complex datasets
- Experience leading cross-regional initiatives or teams
- Strong understanding of global revenue flows
- Experience with Excel and data tools; BI experience beneficial
- SQL or Python experience is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus
