Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Operations Manager owns the daily operation of ServiceMaster NCR's warehouse and the readiness of every piece of equipment, vehicle, and supply that leaves it. This is a working leadership role managing inventory, the company vehicle fleet, specialized restoration equipment, and warehouse personnel, keeping crews ready to respond to scheduled jobs and emergencies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, fleet management, or a related operations role
• Demonstrated supervisory experience managing a small team
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with inventory and fleet management software

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, equipment organization, supplies management, and the cage assignment system used to track technician-issued equipment
• Manage the company vehicle fleet, including scheduled maintenance, repair coordination, inspection compliance, and registration documentation
• Lead the warehouse team, including scheduling, training, and performance accountability
• Oversee customer contents operations, including pack-out crate inventory, labeling, chain-of-custody tracking, and contents cleaning
• Own supply ordering for the company, including setting reorder points, managing purchase orders, and controlling spend against budget
