Position Overview

The Wash Bay Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing wash bay operations and supervising a team of four employees. This individual will work closely with multiple department managers to coordinate the scheduling and servicing of company equipment assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and work alongside a team of 4 wash bay employees
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant wash bay facility
  • Operate and move CDL trucks and equipment as needed
  • Coordinate equipment scheduling with department managers across operations, fleet, maintenance, fabrication, and the transfer station
  • Oversee employee performance, including training, disciplinary actions, hiring, and terminations
  • Ensure all company equipment assets are properly cleaned, maintained, and ready for operation

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience
  • Clean driver’s license required
  • Ability to move and operate CDL trucks and heavy equipment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards preferred
