We need someone who ensures our **websites, job listings, and application flows are always accurate, functional, and optimized for user experience **.

This role sits at the center of **candidate experience and operational efficiency **—directly impacting application volume, data accuracy, and brand credibility.

What You’ll Be Responsible For (Outcomes)

You keep website content accurate and up to date

→ Job postings, images, links, and pages reflect the latest and correct information

You ensure career pages and ATS integrations run smoothly

→ Job listings are properly displayed, synced, and easy to navigate

You prevent application drop-offs caused by technical issues

→ Application flows are tested and fully functional end-to-end

You maintain strong website performance and user experience

→ Pages load properly, uptime is consistent, and navigation is seamless

You quickly resolve issues before they impact users

→ Bugs, broken links, and formatting problems are identified and fixed proactively

You protect website integrity and reliability

→ Backups, updates, and security measures are consistently maintained

You support cross-functional initiatives

→ Website updates align with hiring needs, campaigns, and internal requests

What You’ve Done Before

• Proven experience maintaining websites for a staffing, recruiting, or talent-focused company (non-negotiable)
• Familiarity with ATS-integrated websites (career pages, job feeds, application workflows)
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage ongoing updates

Nice to have:

• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable)
• Understanding of job board integrations and applicant tracking flows
• Basic SEO knowledge for job and career pages

This is not a fit if your experience is primarily:

• Building websites from scratch without ongoing maintenance responsibility
• Graphic design without website management experience
• General admin work with no hands-on website or ATS exposure
• Roles with no responsibility for troubleshooting or performance monitoring

• Websites and job listings are always accurate and up to date
• Application flows work seamlessly with no candidate friction
• Minimal downtime, broken links, or user-facing issues
• Internal teams trust the website as a reliable, up-to-date source
• Updates and fixes are handled quickly and proactively

Requirements

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:

  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps **.
  • Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps **.
  • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• Primary Device:

  • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

    • A minimum of **8 GB RAM **.

• Backup Device:
