Compensation: $17.00 per hour


Schedule:

On call from Friday at 2:30pm to Monday at 8:00am.

Friday (remote): 2:30pm to 4:30pm

Saturday (remote): 9:00am to 3:00pm

Sunday (in-office): 9:00am to 3:00pm

Monday (remote): 8:00am to 11:00am


Responsibilities of the position are as follows:
Customer Service/ Communication
o Answering phone calls to assist with call-offs, coverage, incident reports, etc. Follow up communication (re phone calls or text messages) is required.
o Manage and document daily attendance, vacation requests, and other schedule changes. Proactively contact employees daily to fill open shifts and cases, effectively communicating client needs before acceptance. Document as required.
o Send daily text and email alerts to employees regarding open schedules.


Documentation
o Complete all required documentation in regard to changes in software, spreadsheets, etc. Detail is required.
o Assist employees as necessary with documentation to be completed accurately and timely.


Recruiting
o Conduct phone interviews, contact references and extend job offers.


Other Duties
o Administrative tasks including filing, opening mail, etc.

Other duties as assigned.


Requirements
• Two to three years of previous experience in customer service or in the home health care field. Proficient with Microsoft Office, and other Office Applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to relate to internal and external customers and clients, alike, at all levels.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, able to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
• High level of independent problem solving.
• Previous experience working with a vulnerable population or customers preferred.
