CBS is seeking a skilled Wet Utilities Engineer to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the construction of wet utility systems, including water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
- Conduct hydraulic modeling and analysis for various wet utility projects.
- Prepare technical reports, design drawings, and specifications to support project development.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
- Evaluate existing infrastructure and provide recommendations for upgrades or repairs.
- Participate in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in wet utilities engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 14 years of experience in wet utilities engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software and design tools.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and environmental standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional Engineering license (PE) is preferred but not required.
