Founded in 2020, Reach Aut began as a response to the very real need for high-quality, culturally sensitive healthcare for American families living in Europe. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to provide children, adults, and entire families with care that makes them “feel at home,” blending scientific rigor with genuine warmth.

Our core clinical and educational services cover the full arc of mental- and developmental-health needs. We offer Psychology and Psychotherapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Neuro-Psychology and Neuro-Psychiatry, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and allied disciplines. Although we serve all ages, we have developed especially deep expertise in autism, learning differences, and trauma-related conditions.

In terms of footprint, we have grown to twelve centers across Italy, Spain and Germany, with our headquarters in Vicenza and additional hubs in Pordenone, Pozzuoli, Aviano, Rota, and—soon—Cagliari, Madrid among others. Each center is chosen for its family-friendly neighborhood, easy parking, and proximity to U.S. military bases or expatriate communities; we want care to be literally “right here,” not a day-trip away.

The past year has been especially dynamic. We completed a company-wide rebranding—new visual identity, redesigned website, and refreshed in-clinic signage—to better reflect our international outlook while staying true to our founding mission. We also forged a high-visibility partnership with Cagliari Calcio during the TST tournament in North Carolina, giving our message of inclusive, data-driven care a global sporting platform.
