As a Workday Reporting & HR Data Analyst at HeadFirst Group, you are responsible for developing, managing, and improving HR reporting and dashboards within our international organization. You ensure that HR data becomes reliable, insightful, and usable for HR, management, and executives. You also work daily with systems such as Workday, AFAS, and Power BI and play a key role in the further development of our international HR reporting structure. This includes a strong focus on Workday reporting, data quality, people analytics, and management information.
Your position
At HeadFirst Group, we are building a more data-driven HR organization. In this role, you are responsible for further professionalizing HR reporting and analytics.
Develops and manages HR reports and dashboards within Workday and Power BI;
Translates HR data into clear management information for HR and management;
Supports international HR reporting across multiple countries;
Monitors data quality, definitions, and consistent reporting standards;
Supports HR and business stakeholders with analyses and reports;
Contributes to the further development and optimization of Workday reporting;
Helps HR work more data-driven.
What will you do?
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports within Workday and Power BI;
Analyze HR data from systems such as Workday, AFAS, and LMS KnowHow;
Create reports on headcount, turnover, performance, learning, and workforce data;
Identify trends and translate data into concrete insights;
Support the implementation and further optimization of Workday;
Improve data quality, data definitions, and reporting processes;
Support HR, management, and business stakeholders with data issues;
Contribute to people analytics and international HR reporting.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree level of education;
Experience with HR reporting, people analytics, or HR data analysis;
Experience with Workday reporting is a strong plus;
Experience in building Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards is a plus;
Experience with Power BI, dashboards, and data visualization;
Affinity with HR systems and HR data structures;
You are analytically strong and can translate data into concrete insights;
Experience within an international organization or complex stakeholder environment is a plus;
You work in a structured manner and have an eye for data quality and consistent reporting;
You are strong in communication and can switch between HR, business, and IT;
Good command of Dutch and English language.
