About the role

As a Workforce Innovation Partner, you’ll play a key role in accelerating how AI is embedded into everyday work across MYOB. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role focused on enabling leaders and teams to confidently adopt AI through practical learning, experimentation, and change.

Working at the intersection of people, technology and transformation, you’ll design and deliver enablement experiences, support the development of high-value AI use cases, and help teams turn ideas into practical improvements in the way work gets done. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-evolving environment and is passionate about shaping new ways of working.

What will keep you busy...

  • Design and deliver AI enablement experiences (workshops, learning sessions, coaching) that build capability and drive adoption
  • Partner with business leaders, AI leads, and technology teams to identify and progress high-value AI use cases
  • Support the end-to-end journey from discovery through to implementation, helping embed AI into everyday workflows
  • Develop practical playbooks, tools, and reusable assets to enable teams to adopt AI in a scalable way
  • Build and nurture internal communities of practice to encourage experimentation, knowledge sharing, and innovation
  • Coordinate and maintain visibility of AI initiatives, tracking progress, adoption, and impact across the organisation
  • Capture and share success stories and insights to build momentum and continuously improve how AI is applied

  • Experience in enablement, learning, organisational development, or change within a technology or digital environment
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of new ways of working, translating strategy into practical, embedded behaviours
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience running workshops and influencing diverse audiences
  • Experience working on transformation, workforce innovation, or process redesign initiatives
  • Ability to connect business outcomes to technology opportunities and communicate complex concepts in simple ways
  • A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in delivery
  • Exposure to AI, data, or digital product environments (or a strong interest in developing capability in this space)
