Your tasks

Join our interdisciplinary product development team here at Lautsprecher Teufel and support our Project Managers!

You will be in the middle of conceptual, design and engineering activities of an international team and contribute to next-generation audio products seeing the light of world. You will be joining an open culture with a dedicated can-do attitude – as part of the Project Management Team, you will provide structure to the project flow and help to get things done.

  • Support the setup and administration of development projects
  • Create and maintain project spaces in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools
  • Keep project documentation organized and up to date
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis using Excel
  • Coordinate and track product sample shipments with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities
  • Help improve project management processes, templates, and team documentation


Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (engineering, business, project management) and will remain a student for at least 1.5 years
  • First practical experience through internships, student jobs or extracurricular activities is a plus
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to identify tasks, issues, and improvement opportunities independently
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and willing to learn new systems quickly
  • Good Excel skills and an interest in working with data
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English
  • Available for approximately 16 hours per week
