This part-time (3 days a week – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) position is responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent, high-quality service environment for clients, guests, and employees, ensuring the office operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Brisbane CBD reception function, including performance management and ongoing development
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring alignment with business needs and administrative best practice
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Drive internal communication of office initiatives, policies, and updates
- Coordinate office facilities, access systems, and supplier relationships
- Monitor office budgets and support cost management initiatives
- Maintain compliance across WHS, building requirements, and workplace standards
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support operational efficiency and workplace initiatives
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, and staff engagement activities
- Champion a positive and inclusive office culture
Qualifications

- Proven experience in office management or workplace coordination within a corporate environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a positive workplace experience
