Requirements
Who you are
3+ years in BD, ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto or web3 infra
Broad experience across EVM & Solana ecosystems
You are obsessed with growth and deliver incredible numbers through innovative partnerships
Proven success building partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and working with technical teams
Excellent communication skills and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced environments
Passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield
