About the Role

在系统、流程及项目管理方面确保SSO达成各项作业指标，并作为运营专家确保各运营共享中心核保职能的顺利运行

岗位职责：

1. 督导各运营共享中心核保作业工作的顺利进行，负责大额案件的审批工作，包括权限内案件的审核及超权限案件、疑难案件总/分公司、再保等相关方的协调及沟通工作

2. 负责核保作业流程、作业系统的设计及优化，参与核保规则的制定，提升作业质量与效率，确保核保作业达成各项工作指标，且符合行业及公司未来的业务发展需求

3. 负责各运营共享中心核保人员的权限管理，参与核保专业序列等级审评的各项工作，参与核保质量审计工作 参与核保人员培训体系建设，辅导开展各运营中心的核保培训工作；

4. 参与核保相关的项目建设，确保项目的顺利进展，按时达成项目目标和要求

5. 协助主管及其他同事完成核保相关的预算管理、数据抽取、报告分析等工作

岗位要求：

1. 临床医学、中医学、保险医学本科学历及以上，有职业医师从业经验优

2. 5年寿险公司核保相关工作经验，有项目管理经验优先

3. 良好的沟通能力、数据分析能力及团队合作能力

4. 良好的英语能力
