About the Role

专员, 团险理赔岗

1. 完成理赔审核权限范围内的理赔案件审核或复核

2. 确保日常工作达到服务标准，包括案件量、时效、品质及客户满意度

3. 参与理赔审核操作规则制定

4. 参与组内新同事带教指导

岗位要求：

•大学本科以上学历，医学或法律专业 为佳

• 3年及以上理赔审核工作经历

•有理赔投诉处理、反欺诈专项工作经验者优先

•客户导向、具有团队合作精神和良好沟通能力

•高效的问题解决能力
