営業売り上げ目標の達成および営業組織の生産性向上のため、営業担当者が顧客対応や案件創出に集中できる環境を整備し、営業プロセスの効率化、チームの生産性最大化、業務上のボトルネックの解消を図るための運営戦略を策定・実行していただきます。
- 各顧客からの値引き集計及び管理
- 営業の各商社からの値引き項目に対して確認管理
- 売掛金・入金に関する違算業務
- 収計部門より違算の指摘があった場合の調査
- 返品計上の確認
- 各商社のPSI集計取り纏め
- 各商社のPSIから全体像を把握して市場分析、他社動向を考慮した販売計画案の作成
- 返品業務
- 各商社の返品数の把握から返品理由の分析、返品拒否できる手法の検討・提案
- キャンペーン等のフォロー
- 商社別の店舗別の目標に対する実販管理
- マスター登録
- 新規店舗及び配送センターの開設によるマスター登録
Qualifications
- 職務経験
- 日本国内での5年程度の家電量販店のバックオフィス営業経験
- 知識／スキル
- データ分析力（Excel、BIツール、GAなど）
- ITリテラシー（ツール理解・運用）
- 家電・IT製品に関する基礎知識
