Job Description:

工作内容 / Key Responsibilities

1. 负责在授权范围内向医疗卫生机构及相关专业人员开展公司产品的医学信息传递与学术推广

Deliver scientific exchange and academic promotion of company products to healthcare professionals within the authorized scope

2. 基于循证医学证据，进行产品相关的临床信息沟通与科学交流

Conduct evidence-based clinical communication regarding product information

3. 按照合规要求拜访目标医院及相关人员，传递产品临床使用信息并收集专业反馈

Perform compliant hospital visits to engage with healthcare professionals and collect professional feedback

4. 收集并反馈药品的临床使用情况、不良反应及医生需求，促进产品的安全与合理使用

Collect and provide feedback on clinical usage, adverse events, and medical needs to support safe and rational drug use

5. 掌握行业发展及市场动态，提供合规的产品及竞品相关信息反馈

Monitor industry trends and provide compliant insights on product and competitive information

6. 协助组织符合合规要求的学术活动（如科室会、学术会议等）

Support the organization of compliant academic activities (e.g., departmental meetings, scientific events)

7. 严格遵守公司及国家相关法律法规，确保所有学术推广活动规范、真实、可追溯

Ensure all activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations, maintaining accuracy, transparency, and traceability

岗位要求 / Qualifications

• 医学、药学或相关专业本科及以上学历

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields

• 具备1年的医药行业相关经验（高代3-5年相关经验，专员5年以上），有学术推广或临床沟通经验者优先

• Relevant 1 year experience in the pharmaceutical industry（Senior MR 3-5 years，Medical Specialist above 5 years）; experience in academic promotion or clinical communication is preferred

• 掌握基本药品临床知识（适应症、不良反应、用药安全等）

• Basic knowledge of clinical pharmacology, including indications, safety, and adverse reactions

• 具备良好的医学信息沟通能力及学术表达能力

• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills

• 与客户建立良好关系，培养潜在客户及开发新客户的能力

• Good relationships with clients, cultivate potential clients, and develop the ability to acquire new clients

• 具备较强的合规意识与职业道德

• Strong compliance awareness and professional integrity

• 积极主动，沟通能力强，具备团队协作能力

• Proactive, with strong communication and teamwork skills
