What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Deliver quality product in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation.
• Follow company safety policies, traffic laws, and operational procedures at all times.

What Are We Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and ability to maintain a safe driving record.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Ability to operate equipment efficiently and follow established procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform job duties in a physically demanding environment and adapt to changing work conditions.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
• Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of successful employment.
