The APAC Legal team is resourcing due to a sustained uptick in business activities. The Legal Counsel will join the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Legal team on a 12-month contract and will support a broad range of institutional and intermediary client matters across the APAC region. The role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating investment management agreements, investment advisory agreements, distribution agreements and related documentation throughout the full account lifecycle.

The Legal Counsel will work closely with business, compliance, operations, investment and client teams to support complex mandates, identify and manage legal and regulatory risks, and provide timely clear and commercially practical advice that meets business requirements while remaining consistent with Capital Group’s legal and risk standards.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
