#133607 - Senior Software Engineer - Applied AI and Integrations

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build and improve an AI-powered recruiting platform used by staffing organizations. This role works across the full stack to develop new product capabilities, integrate AI into production workflows, connect the platform with systems such as Salesforce and applicant tracking systems, and improve existing production services.

 

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

- Adapt and implement LLM-powered capabilities for local staffing workflows and partner systems.

- Own cross-system solutions from technical design through delivery.

- Sequence work into testable, releasable increments and coordinate required changes with partner teams.

- Engage stakeholders and end users to understand staffing operations and shape product and technical decisions.

- Prototype new ideas with users and partners and use feedback to determine which solutions to pursue.

- Define technical options and communicate constraints and tradeoffs to product and business partners.

- Maintain reliable, maintainable integrations through sound design, testing, code reviews, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

 

- Fluency in Dutch and English.

- Five or more years of software engineering experience.

- Demonstrated leadership of technical design and delivery across systems and teams with a high degree of autonomy.

- Proficiency in Python.

- Practical experience developing production LLM applications.

- Experience improving agent behavior through prompt iteration, evaluation, and guardrails.

- Experience working across backend services, APIs, and frontend web applications.

- Experience working directly with clients and communicating with technical and non-technical partners.

- Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a thoughtful, responsible approach to applying them.

- Regular use of AI coding agents and other AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.

 

Nice-to-Have Skills

 

- Familiarity with Django, Flask, or a similar Python web framework.
