2027 Intern - Facility Student Intern

Responsilibilties:

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining facility equipment and systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, water, air compressors)
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and record-keeping
• Participate in workplace safety checks and environmental compliance tasksSupport energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by the facilities team
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager

Qualifications:

• Studying in major in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or other engineering bachelor degree or above, with major in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or other engineering
• Good communication and willing to learn, ability to work under pressure and work with careful
