3. Support manufacturing operations through hands-on engineering projects focused on improving safety, quality, productivity, machine performance, and process efficiency.

-Work closely with engineers, production teams, maintenance, and other plant functions while gaining practical experience

-Use of lean methodologies and DMAIC process tools to identify improvements.

-Identify, justify and implement recommended changes through cross functional team collaboration.
