2027 Summer Internship Program

Program Model: department work + intern team challenge

The Intern will work closely with the defined team to provide support in the department. Approximately 32–36 hours/week in- department work and 4 hours/week on the cross-functional intern business challenge.

Qualifications and Experience:

•Currently enrolled as a college sophomore, junior, or senior in a relevant degree program, with foundational knowledge in the corresponding field of study

•Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

•Eagerness to learn and contribute in corporate and manufacturing environments

•Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally in a time-sensitive environment

•A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach, with sound judgment and a high level of professionalism

Work Environment:

Position is carried out primarily in an office environment, in a factory setting. Sitting for long periods of time. Occasional need to lift light articles.
