3D Environment Artist (Legendary AAA Stylized Project)

Sperasoft has been one of key partners for a Tier-1 global publisher for several years. Together, we are continuously building and expanding one of the most iconic, culturally defining, and massive live-service AAA titles in gaming history.

We are looking for a talented 3D Environment Artist with a passion for vibrant, stylized art to join our dedicated team. In this role, you won't just be making props - you will be shaping the environment of a world that millions of players live and breathe every single day.

Responsibilities

• Create modular level art assets and props from scratch.
• Create, trim sheets, tileable and unique textures, and effectively combine them to create high-quality assets.
• Optimize assets for different platforms, including creating LODs and collisions

Requirements

• Strong ability to create, trim sheets, tileable and unique textures, as well as combine them effectively. In this position, you will primarily be creating assets from scratch rather than placing them on the map.
• Strong modeling background, ideally in a variety of styles. Ability to manually adjust weighted normals for assets.
• Strong knowledge of baking and texturing with tools such as Marmoset, Substance Painter, and Designer. Ability to seamlessly bake assets made of multiple parts.
• Strong Maya experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with Unreal Engine 5.
• 2 years of professional experience in the video game industry building architecture and props.
• A passion for creating games and the ability to learn quickly will be a plus.
