About the role

We've built an iconic online brand and now we've bought Princess Polly to IRL… and Bondi Junction is where it's all happening.

As our 3IC, you are the energy on the floor. You’ll play a key role within the leadership team, supporting store operations, leadership decisions, and bringing the Princess Polly experience to life every day.

From leading by example on the shop floor to confidently running the store while leadership is away, you’ll help create a space our customers love, our team thrives in, and where the day-to-day runs seamlessly.

What you'll do

• Lead from the front creating a high-energy, on-brand customer experience that feels uniquely Princess Polly
• Drive results supporting key KPIs including conversion, ATV and UPT
• Own the floor step up to lead shifts, run the day, and keep the momentum high
• Coach in the moment elevate the team through real-time feedback, motivation and support
• Keep the store moving support stock flow, replenishment and a seamless shop floor
• Execute strong VM ensure the store is always styled, inspiring and trend-led
• Support operations opening/closing, cash handling and day-to-day store processes
• Build culture creates an inclusive fun team environment that's high-performing, drives engagement, accountability and results.

Who you are

• An experienced retail team member, ideally in a supervisor or keyholder role
• Customer obsessed, with a natural ability to connect and create memorable in-store moments
• A strong seller who leads by example and drives results on the floor
• A confident communicator with emerging leadership skills
• Passionate about fashion and bringing trends to life for our customers
• Energetic, hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A supportive teammate who lifts others and contributes to a positive culture
