In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our OpenShift environments. Tasks
- OpenShift Management: Install, configure, and manage OpenShift clusters in production and development environments.
- Automation with Ansible: Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for automated deployments, configurations, and management tasks.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to OpenShift infrastructure and application deployments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and DevOps teams to integrate OpenShift solutions that meet business needs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for OpenShift configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Security Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices within OpenShift environments.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in managing and supporting OpenShift environments.
- Ansible Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Ansible for automation of deployment and configuration tasks.
- Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Linux Expertise: Proficient in Linux system administration.
- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Language: Fluency in German is mandatory.
