What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ Years of Experience: Strong mechanical diagnosis and leadership experience.
• Proactive Leadership: A natural leader with a commitment to continuous improvement and team success.
• Certification and Learning: ASE certification is a plus, but we value real-world experience and a passion for learning.
