Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Mid-Level ABA Therapist with a Master’s degree to provide high-quality one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. The role focuses on supporting children in developing communication, social, and academic skills while ensuring consistent data-driven progress tracking and collaboration with the clinical team.


  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to support children in reaching developmental goals
  • Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and academic skills
  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews with BCBAs and clinical staff
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed in collaboration with a BCBA
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers by providing guidance and training
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and engagement of all children during sessions


Job Requirements:


  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education or Behavioral Science (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with BCBAs, colleagues, and families
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Patience, empathy, and genuine interest in working with children and young adults
  • Strong references from academic and/or previous employment
  • Fluency in English (reading and writing) required; Arabic is an advantage
  • Willingness to work full-time with flexibility based on organizational needs
  • ABA in-house training will be provided upon joining
