This is anentry‑level position with full training provided. It’s a role that will challenge you and help you grow, both personally and professionally. What the Role Involves:

• Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
• Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally
• Staying calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments
• Accurate data collection and documentation
• Professional communication with supervisors and families
• Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Working in in‑home, school, and/or clinic‑based settings

• Prior experience in ABA or related field (preferred, not required)
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)

Monday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Thursday: 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Friday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
