ABHM Delivery Associate - Hou, TX

Abraham Global Ventures Inc DBA Smart Logistics is a delivery company providing package delivery services to Amazon customers. We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and dependable team members who can work independently, communicate effectively, prioritize safety, and provide excellent customer service. As the company grows, opportunities for supervisory roles may become available.

We are hiring Full-Time Delivery Drivers to deliver packages to Amazon customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages safely and on time.
• Safely operate and inspect the company vehicle.
• Follow all local and state laws, driving regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Load and unload packages.
• Lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and handle packages weighing 50–70 lbs using a hand truck.
• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, clocking in/out, and communication.
• Communicate with the support team and supervisors to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Assist other drivers with rescue calls when needed.
• Work in various weather conditions and on different delivery routes.

Work Location: 11311 North Gessner Rd, Houston, TX 77064

Pay & Schedule:

• $21.75/hour, paid weekly
• Typically 10-hour shifts
• 4- or 5-day workweek
• Daytime shifts, with potential future 2nd-shift opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license OR an unexpired state-issued identification.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening. Pre-employment marijuana testing is not included.
• Must have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Commercial, DOT, CDL, or related driving experience is a plus but not required.
• Military veterans are welcome.
