Since 1982, SuperCamp has become a worldwide leader in student programs that enhance learning, leadership, communication, and other essential skills for achievement in the 21st century. Our SuperCamp Team Leaders are carefully chosen from hundreds of candidates who are looking to inspire change. Only the most passionate and qualified make it to the final stage of hiring.

SuperCamp is looking for Team Leaders (aka Camp Counselors) for our programs on university campuses in CA, TX, FL, and PA this summer. Experienced Team Leaders also have the opportunity to travel to our international SuperCamp programs.

Being a SuperCamp Team Leader is an opportunity to have a lasting impact on the lives of others, and provides an opportunity for you to learn and grow as a leader. If you possess the qualifications, availability, and desire to work this summer, we encourage you to apply.

★ Co-lead a team of 10-15 campers (ages 11-18) with another Team Leader
