Job Overview
The Academic Operations (Procurement) plays a pivotal role in ensuring consistent academic quality and operational excellence across all Sparks Preschool branches. This position bridges central academic requirements with on-the-ground execution, supporting the growing network of 15 branches. The role is critical for maintaining high standards in academic procurement, branch-level quality monitoring, and supporting the precise execution of learning programs amidst expansion.

Your Day-to-Day

• Manage large-scale academic procurement for approximately 15 branches, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of daily supplies, lesson plan materials, and event resources.
• Serve as the School PIC for assigned branches, conducting comprehensive monitoring, assessments, and evaluations of academic quality.
• Provide intensive 1-on-1 coaching sessions to teachers and headmasters to uphold consistent academic quality standards.
• Support ongoing operational needs and ensure precise execution of learning programs across all branches.
• Drive dynamic cross-branch coordination to maintain academic alignment and quality amidst the school's growth and expansion.
• Analyze academic performance data and feedback to identify trends and propose actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

• +3 years of experience in academic operations, quality assurance, or a similar role within an educational setting, preferably in early childhood education.
• Demonstrated experience in managing procurement processes for educational materials and resources on a large scale.
• Proven ability to conduct academic monitoring, assessments, and provide effective coaching to educators.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles, curriculum implementation, and classroom management.
• Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions and impact.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets/Excel for data compilation, reporting, and tracking operational metrics.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple branches.
