Account Coordinator - MX

About the role: The role requires effective internal communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders across disciplines. You will assist in preparing client updates, maintaining deliverable documentation, while also tracking project assets and managing QA. Working alongside the Account team, you will help move projects through internal systems and ensure client requirements are met consistently. Additionally, you will provide support to the Account Management team as needed..

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Facilitate internal communication between multiple internal stakeholders across disciplines
• Facilitate external communication with clients (updates, presentations, status calls, etc.)
• Monitor and report on client performance on a regular basis
• Work closely with project managers to understand and communicate timelines to clients
• Deliver internal reports and client business updates on a regular basis
• Support Account Management team as needed

• Develop strong relationships with internal teams across the organization

• Develop a firm understanding of WITHIN’s creative process
• Learn how the business operates and what success for WITHIN looks like
• Growth in this role will lead to an Account Management position, in which the Account Manager will assume full responsibility for client accounts

• Reports to Director of Accounts, Creative

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of experience working with a creative team
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite
