Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agenciesand enterprise organizations, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
- Revenue Growth:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public sector and enterprise space, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and align our products and services to deliver tailored solutions that drive value.
- Public Sector Expertise: Navigate complex procurement processes, relationship dynamics, government regulations, and compliance requirements to secure contracts.
- Enterprise Engagement: Work with enterprise clients to develop customized solutions, leveraging industry insights and business intelligence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, legal, and customer success, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations, RFP responses, and deal structuring to ensure profitable agreements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key account metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and proactively address challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in account management, sales, or business development, with a focus on public sector and enterprise clients.
