Account Executive, Mid-Market
AI Summary
An Account Executive who owns the full sales cycle, prospecting to close, building executive relationships in provider groups and health systems, and translating customer pain into ROI-driven stories.
About this role
About
Assured is transforming the infrastructure of U.S. healthcare with intelligent automation. We’re building an AI-native system of action for provider operations — automating credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment. These are some of the most painful, manual processes in healthcare, costing the system billions and delaying patient care.
We’re backed by top Silicon Valley investors and trusted by leading health systems and provider groups. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-moving, elite team reimagining one of the most broken parts of healthcare — using cutting-edge AI in the real world, at scale.
The Role: Account Executive
We're looking for a hungry, early-career Account Executive who has already proven themselves as a top SDR/BDR and is now closing deals - or ready to. Someone who hates losing more than they love winning, keeps their pipeline airtight, and reads a room better than most people read a script. Please note this role is in office, 5x a week.
You'll own the full sales cycle, selling Assured's AI platform to provider groups, MSOs, and health systems. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who wants to be #1 on the leaderboard and has the discipline to get there.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demos, negotiation, and close.
Build executive relationships across provider groups, MSOs, and health systems.
Translate complex customer pain into ROI storytelling that drives urgency and buy-in.
Maintain elite pipeline hygiene - 30+ active deals managed with structure and precision.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to sharpen messaging and surface insights.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
2-5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including time as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
Demonstrated quota attainment as an AE (100%+ preferred) - show us the numbers.
Strong pipeline management discipline; you have a system and you work it.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you adjust your approach to the audience.
Competitive, self-motivated, and resilient. You don't need a manager to push you.
Preferred:
Experience selling to provider groups, MSOs, or health systems.
Familiarity with healthcare operations, credentialing, or payer workflows.
Comfort selling technical or AI-driven products.
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales tools.
You’ll Love This Role If You
Want to sell a product that truly moves the needle for healthcare organizations.
Enjoy owning deals end-to-end and crafting the GTM process as we grow.
Are motivated by autonomy, pace, and tangible impact.
Care about real outcomes - faster provider onboarding, fewer delays, better patient access.
Thrive in a high-trust, high-performance culture.
Why Join Assured
Sell something that matters: Your work directly accelerates patient access to care.
High-agency culture: Work alongside operators, engineers, and product leaders who move fast.
Real upside: Competitive base, uncapped commission, and equity.
Elite team: Collaborative, competitive, and genuinely good at what they do.
Massive market: Healthcare operations is broken. You'll be part of fixing it.
