Account Handler | Personal Lines

We have an opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join our Personal Lines team. Joining a team of over 50 dedicated insurance professionals you will provide excellent service to our new and existing customers. This role with suit candidates with over 2 years experience in a fast-paced, customer facing insurance role.

What you’ll do:

• Providing tailored insurance quotations for personal cars, vans, and homes.
• Manager customer policies, renewals, and claims.
• Process documentation and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay informed about insurance products and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development.

What we’re looking for:

• APA or CIP qualified insurance professional
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in an office, customer service, or sales role is an advantage but not essential.
