Key Responsibilities

Account management (60%)

  • Onboarding customers to our curation platform and managed services
  • Work closely with our DSP partners and Curators as well as Holdco contact points for Programmatic briefs and deals
  • Be the lead point of contact for all client communications post-sale, Liaising with our HQ team on clients needs for product feedback related needs
  • Support our curators (programmatic resellers) on executing their briefs, Liaising with internal supply team to get inventory for the campaign to be delivered
  • Oversee post-sale process, including but not limited to: campaign set-up, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation, and post-campaign analysis
  • Communicate with clients proactively in terms of campaign performance and work on incremental revenue generation and post-campaign analysis
  • Co-conduct with our sales team on QBRs with clients to drive client satisfaction
  • Trading and Troubleshooting (40%)

  • Be the expert of using our Maestro platform by knowing the features and limitations of the tool.
  • Trade and optimize on campaign needs and execute to hit client’s KPI
  • Respond to urgent trading needs from clients and support them to identify the first level of troubleshooting issues.
  • Liaising with our Support team for in-depth troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with other regions of Equativ to drive growth and synergy
  • About you

  • Good programmatic setup and troubleshooting knowledge, hands on DSP experiences is a plus
  • 3+ years' experience in adops of setting up campaigns/troubleshooting/optimizing
  • Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset that can work with cross functional teams
  • A team player, a quick thinker and a fast learner to pick up the industry nuances
  • A go-getter and self-starter who can thrive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 5~10% of the time for trainings, meetings, or conferences on an annual basis
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective communication
